DELIVERY FEE UPDATE:

APRIL 2022: As costs continue to rise across our industry, we are committed to serving you the same high-quality product in sustainable packaging. To cover a portion of those costs, all local deliveries will have a $9.99 delivery fee added to each order under $75. If you spend $75 or more, we will automatically waive that delivery fee upon checkout! Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our small business!

DELIVERY DAYS:

As of April, 2022, we are only offering home delivery on Wednesday & Saturdays. You can call our store and purchase/pick-up product 7-days a week directly through one of our staff members. All phone orders require pre-payment and pick-up on the same day in-store or via our curbside service. If you are interested in consistent deliveries on a day other than Wednesdays & Saturdays, you may consider our Subscription Program.

DELIVERY ZONE:

Deliveries are subject to approval based on requested locations and a minimum order amount of $30. Deliveries can only be made within a 20-mile radius from our storefront and at this time we are unable to deliver South on Highway 17 past Santa Cruz Avenue into the Santa Cruz Mountains. If your order is rejected, please ensure you have requested a location that fits within the approved zone and that you have a minimum order of $30. Orders of any amount can be picked up in-store.

Delivery times will vary between 9:00am - 6:00pm due to our production schedule + operating hours. After placing your order, you will be contacted via e-mail with a delivery window. Thank you for your understanding!

PURCHASING DETAILS:

A minimum order of $30 is required for all deliveries. Each order must be pre-paid for on our website, prior to each delivery. Orders for pick-up at the retail shop can be in any amount.

INVENTORY & PERISHABILITY: Our inventory stock is subject to change based on inventory. Due to the 4-day shelf-life, we may be out of a product from time to time. If you order a product that is unavailable, we will contact you. Because our products are unpasteurized and perishable, it is crucial to keep them refrigerated. All orders will be dropped off at your requested location, as long as it is within our delivery zone. Your order will arrive in an insulated box, packed with ice, that will keep your juices chilled until they arrive at your requested delivery location, but not much longer than that. Please note that it is necessary to place the juices in the refrigerator as soon as possible once they have been delivered. Once we deliver your order, we are no longer responsible for the maintenance of your juice. Because of the raw nature of the juice, each bottle has up to a 4-day shelf life and is marked with a sell by date.
